刘云飞，男，南京林业大学信息科学技术学院教授、博士、博士生导师。
现任南京林业大学信息科学技术学院党委书记、测试与控制技术研究所所长，曾任南京林业大学信息科学技术学院副院长、院长等职。兼任中国林学会林业计算机应用分会副主任，江苏省农业自动化分会副主任，全国高等院校计算机基础育研究会农林类专业委员会委员。
研究方向：林木无损检测、林业物联网技术、微波与光学技术。
