许艺瀚，男，南京林业大学，副教授、博士、硕士生导师。

现任南京林业大学信息科学技术学院、人工智能学院副院长。2014年毕业于马来亚大学（University of Malaya），获通信工程哲学博士学位。2017年9月至2018年8月在连云港市海州区任科技局副局长（挂职），2019年9月至2020年8月澳大利亚新南威尔士大学访问学者（国家留学基金委公派）。发表国内外高水平学术论文50余篇，担任IEEE TWC，TCOM，TII，TMC，WCL和China Communications等期刊审稿人。
