业巧林，男，南京林业大学教授、博士、博士生导师。现任南京林业大学信息科学技术学院、人工智能学院院长,“大数据与人工智能”研究所负责人，计算机科学与技术学科负责人,“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”核心成员，江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、第六期“333高层次人才工程”、“六大高峰”高层次人才、333工程“卡脖子”技术攻关人才项目、校“杰出青年”人才工程培养对象，入选2022和2023年度斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。获黑龙江省科技进步2等奖、国家自然资源部科技进步2等奖、中国地理信息科技进步1等奖、全国人工智能应用场景创新挑战赛特等奖、江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果2等奖(自然科学类)、江苏省计算机学会青年科技奖、江苏省人工智能学会技术应用奖、江苏省信息技术应用学会青年科技1等奖等奖项。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发子课题、江苏省重点研发课题、科技冬奥专项课题等20余项。立项“国家标准”项目1项。担任《林业工程》、国际期刊《Forests》等编委，以及多个协会/学会/联盟副主任委员、副理事长等职。联合研发了国内领先的森林防火无人机智能巡护监测系统和智慧崇礼综合预测预警与调度平台,并应用于2022年北京冬奥森林防火，得到了国家科技部的奖励和地方政府的认可。近年来，在包括IEEE TCYB、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TIP等IF>10.0期刊上发表论文100余篇,IEEE Trans.系列高被引论文4篇，热点论文3篇。指导本科生获江苏省优秀毕业论文2等奖和中国“互联网+”创新创业大赛国际铜奖2项。指导研究生获江苏省优秀硕士学位论文、国家奖学金、校长奖学金多人次。
