个人简历:

毕长伟,男,人工智能系教师,工学博士,毕业于东南大学。主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目和江苏省高校自然科学基金面上项目,江苏省“双创博士”。长期从事生物信息学、基因组学及植物表型组学研究,已发表学术论文50余篇,其中近五年以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Communications、Horticulture Research、Plant Diversity、BMC Plant Biology、Plant Cell Reports、Frontiers in Plant Science、Ecology and Evolution等期刊发表论文十余篇,其中三篇ESI高被引论文,两篇ESI热点论文,授权国家发明专利2项,软件著作权5项。担任Horticulture Research、Genomics Communications青年编委,并担任Frontiers in Plant Science、BMC Genomics和Frontiers in Genetics等期刊handle editor。指导本科生发表多篇高水平SCI论文以及“蓝桥杯”国家级二等奖等多项竞赛奖项,获得蓝桥杯优秀指导教师称号。
